The Warwick Condominium is a luxury waterfront condo community situated on the intracoastal waterway in sunny Fort Lauderdale. The 300+ residents community was ready for a laundry room upgrade after being dissatisfied with their old coin-operated machines.
"The ease of the Smart Card usage was a huge selling factor for us," says Stan Switzer, Property Manager at the Warwick. "Many of our residents don't have computers but the Smart Cards were easily accepted. That was a huge selling factor."
Aaxon removed all of the outdated machines and replaced them with new, efficient card-operated Speed Queen Commercial Washers and Dryers and even brightened up all 13 laundry rooms in the community with fresh paint and new valves.
