Our portfolio of digital payment washers and dryers located in multi-housing laundry rooms provide laundry amenities to residents of multi-unit housing such as apartment buildings, condominiums, colleges and university residence halls, and hotels and motels. Our revenue is derived under long term revenue sharing lease agreements.
The company's services also include the sale of laundry equipment to hotels and similar institutional uses, including the export of products to the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, and other export markets.
