• Minimum two-year degree.
• Real Estate license (for some positions) or the willingness to obtain one within the first six months of employment.

Your Role:

As a Route Collector, you will drive a company vehicle to customer locations to collect money and data from leased laundry equipment.

Your Role:

• You will be assigned a company vehicle and can leave directly from your home to start your day.
• Working with precision as you collect coins and currency from company-owned, rented leased laundry equipment.
• Collect the money from every machine with 100% accuracy.
• Ability to repetitiously bend to lift items weighing 50 pounds or less each while loading or unloading
• Operates runs/routes for daily collection of coin and cash
• The ability to walk continuously for long periods of time involves stairs
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Ability to count and do basic math applications including addition and subtraction
• Accurately record machine counter readings and provide copies to the properties
• Operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner abiding by all federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Maintain a security awareness at all times
• Minor service skills are necessary
• Complete the collection route by the end of each day.
• Maintain a clean company vehicle and follow company vehicle maintenance guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation.

Desired Skills and experience:

• Willing to run routes in Miami Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach
• Must be able to read and write in English- Spanish is a plus
• Clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must submit to a background check and drug testing

• Aaxon Laundry Systems is a growing distribution company in need of an Inventory Accountant. The Inventory Accountant * MUST know excel - many reports are downloaded and have to be arranged into our management reports. Excel Formulas, conditional statements, etc

• Assist Parts Mgr with min/max levels
• Manage year-end physical inventory process

LOGISTICS

• Manage shipments from vendors
• Manage inter-office transfers & customer drop shipments
• Negotiate freight rates as needed
• Coordinate mfg shipments with salesmen delivery dates

PURCHASING

• New equipment
• New supplier research (internet)
• Supplier discount programs

WAREHOUSING

• Inventory staging
• Manage Machine Inventory by Serial #

MGMT REPORTING

• Weekly inventory updates
• Manufacturer volume purchase rebate updates
• Monthly inventory summary
• Monthly multi-housing recap

GENERAL LEDGER

• GL account reconciliations
• Expense analysis
• Manage parts warranty-internal process & vendors
• Purchase orders
• Sales orders
• Manage invoicing equipment sales (review then posting)

AUDIT

• Annual physical inventory w/ CPA's
• Assist CPA's as needed

SALES SUPPORT

• Maintain sales commission schedule
• Maintain Alliance price-lists
• Coordinate equipment delivery

Your Role:

• Interact with our customers and Aaxon field team members daily.
• Handle customer calls until resolution, or forward to the appropriate party.
• Coordinate assignments for service techs per customer request.
• Respond to incoming dispatch and service-related calls and emails from field employees.

Your Role:

• Prepare quotes and invoice sales from technicians and external customers.
• Process customer telephone inquiries.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers.
