When requesting a refund, you must submit a service request. Be prepared to provide details such as the machine ID number, serial number and a description of the issue.
- Your refund must be submitted within 24 hours of the machine issue.
- Refunds will only be given for mechanical issues. A refund will ONLY be issued once a service technician has visited the property and confirmed that the issue was due to a mechanical fault.
- If you have vacated the property or are on vacation, we do not issue refunds for the remaining balance on your card. We recommend utilizing all funds before vacating the property.
- We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen phones.
- Discontinuing the use of our app does not qualify for a refund.
