MH Director of Sales- South Florida

Business Description:

This business channel through our sales team facilitates long term revenue sharing lease agreements with management companies, condominium boards, and owners. To grow a portfolio of digital payment washers and dryers that are installed in common area laundry rooms that are located within apartment buildings, condominiums, colleges, and hotels and motels.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage the sales team using HubSpot CRM.
Clearly understand all multi-housing systems.
Hire, manage, and develop a regional sales team.
Coordinate the on-boarding and shadowing experience of new sales reps.
Keep sales reps up to date of all marketing collateral and making sure they present it properly.
Train the sales team on product knowledge, competitor knowledge, and sales skills.
Develop a clear and measurable plan to achieve sales objectives.
Manage the lease renewal process.
Analyze data and report on sales performance.
Travel to company territories.
Attend and participate in trade shows.
Streamline our sales process including proposals, location schedules, etc. and eliminate paper flow.
Schedule visits with accounts to facilitate future renewal discussions and location performance.
Attend (board officer, owner, a resident manager) meetings.
Attend welcome parties.
Respond to any correspondence from customers.

Lease and Proposal Documents:

Manage the preparation of proposal presentation packages.
Review and approve the forecasted lease revenue schedule.
Reading, interpreting, negotiating, and approving laundry space lease and rental documents.
Present final lease that has been executed by the lessor to Manger.

Collaborate with Marketing:

Understand our social media strategy including LinkedIn, FB, and website.
Trade show scheduling.
Trade show giveaways and supplies.
Website Testimonials.
Video Testimonials.
Presentations.
Proposals.
Sales working with customers to post positive reviews on Google, FB, Yelp, etc.

Operations:

Collaborate with internal operational and accounting teams regarding new account onboarding and support.
Attend and participate in our Monday operations meeting to proactively plan on equipment installation and site walkthroughs.
Communicate to/work with the team to resolve customer concerns/issues.
Approve sales rep quarterly commission before it is submitted to accounting.
Pipeline/CRM visibility to forecast upcoming inventory and labor needs.
Continue to implement our cashless payment systems.

Must be computer and mobile literate including understanding how to use software to communicate with remote sales team.

Service Tech – Fort Lauderdale/Tampa/Orlando

We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Laundry Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Your Role:

  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Company vehicle and tools provided
  • Able to read schematics
  • Knowledge with commercial laundry equipment is a plus, Speed Queen, Huebsch and Ipso Knowledge
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Tie workflow to schedule
  • Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions 
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Document processes
  • Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems, valid drivers license 
  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team 
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • English and Spanish is a plus

Retail Associate – Fort Lauderdale, FL

Aaxon Laundry Systems in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a laundry Retail Associate for our corporate office. Join one of the largest commercial laundry part suppliers in all of North America.

Your Role:

• Process customer telephone inquiries. 
• Complete sales by entering purchased items into the inventory system, obtaining payment and issuing sales receipt.
• Assist with walk-up clients, shipping, receiving and warranty processing. 
• Maintain parts inventory by verifying supplies.
• Receive returned items by inspecting items; returning payments, issuing credit, repacking and re-shelving items and returning damaged items to supplies.
• Update job knowledge by participating in education opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Experience with MAS 90.
• Fluency in Spanish is REQUIRED.
• Some sales experience.
