By Planet Laundry Staff: Aaxon Laundry Systems, based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., recently hosted the 2016 Aaxon Autumn Expo, which drew self-service laundry owners from across the state.

Representatives from Huebsch were on site at the Expo, to showcase the manufacturer's latest offerings, as well as to answer any attendee questions. In addition, such leading industry vendors as ESD, R&B Wire Products, American Changer, SpyderWash and Vootu also were on hand to tout their latest products and services for store operators.

“The staff at Aaxon Laundry Systems put on a great show,” said Frank Pettineo Jr. of Pettineo Insurance Agency. “I was able to speak with many different laundry owners and end the day with new connections to potential clients. There was a great variety of vendors, and I definitely plan on attending their next Expo.”

The Aaxon Autumn Expo focused on bringing laundry improvement tools and methods to owners who may not have known they existed. Also, discounts on soap and parts, as well as special financing packages, were offered throughout the all-day event.

Highlights of the day included roundtable discussions; service schools, presented by Alliance Laundry Systems; and various presentations by industry vendors.

The show wrapped up with raffle prize giveaways, and one lucky owner going home with the grand prize of a frontload washer and a vendor giveaway. “I was ecstatic to win the frontload washer,” said Rakesh Patel of Clewiston, Fla. “It was well worth the drive to Fort Lauderdale for a day well spent at the Autumn Expo.”

“This was Aaxon’s first Expo in more than a decade,” said Aaxon’s Frank Paul D’Annunzio. “We saw tremendous results in sales and made so many new connections with customers from across the state. I’m looking forward to what we will do next year!”
