In planning and designing a laundry facility for multi-housing use with smart card or coin operated Speed Queen Laundry Equipment, it is important to keep in mind the characteristics of the people who will occupy the building. The type of multi-housing building will dictate whether the washers and dryers should be concentrated into one centralized area or smaller rooms spread throughout the property. It is important that the room(s) is planned with proper facilities for electric and gas lines, water supply and drainage, as well as proper make-up air and dryer ventilation.

Aaxon follows a specific protocol that starts as soon as a Prospective Partner calls. The process begins with a property survey conducted by one of our Account Representatives which analyzes the physical condition and locations of the common laundry room(s), electrical outlets, water valves, plumbing, gas lines, layout of equipment, dryer venting, building demographics, type of equipment, number of machine units, and any special security concerns. The Account Representative will then ask to meet with the Property Manager, a designated Board Member, Building Owner or Management Company in order to fully understand the needs of the residents and gather the necessary information.

With Aaxon’s combination of complimentary design services, quality Speed Queen coin or smart card operated laundry equipment and innovative systems for your multi-housing facility, you can be confident that Aaxon can meet all your laundry room design needs and you'll be happy with the results.
